The 'node' is a specific attribute to bamboo, so these conscious artisans wanted to find a way to build inherent functionality into the design of these utensils by using the node of the bamboo stalk. This patented design elevates the spoon head off the counter, leaving your surfaces splotch-free. No need for unnecessary spoon rests and the like, these spoons cleverly do it.
Made from single pieces of certified organic bamboo, these utensils are hand-shaped, sanded and cleaned, then finished to a satiny feel with a light food-safe oil.
