Zoe Organics products are not tested on animals and contain no parabens, phthalates, sulfates, surfactants, petrochemicals, animal products (except organic beeswax) or artificial colors or fragrances. They also made eco-conscious choices for their packaging, using recyclable/reusable materials, biodegradable vegetable cellulose bags, unbleached muslin fabric, and no unnecessary extras.
100% Organic ingredients ~ simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) oil, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime peel) essential oil, mentha piperita (peppermint) essential oil, zingiber officinales (ginger) essential oil, mentha spicata (spearmint) essential oil. Jojoba Oil ~ very closely mimics human sebum and is readily absorbed without making skin feel greasy. Naturally contains vitamins E and B-complex, as well as numerous minerals. It also has a high percentage of iodine, which gives it a great power to heal. Jojoba acts as a tonic, emollient and moisturizer, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant, which treats dry skin, removes wrinkles and stretch marks and can heal cuts, sores, acne and skin fungus. Coconut Oil ~ not only smells amazing, it's one of the most beneficial oils in healing and preventing acne and ezema. Also especially effective in fighting free-radicals, as well as fungal and bacterial infections. A potent natural source of medium chain fatty acids, which matches our skin’s natural sebum. Lime Peel Essential Oil ~ in folklore, lime oil is believed to cleanse and renew the spirit and mind. Its properties include: antibacterial, antiviral, astringent, deodorant, restorative and tonic. Commonly used for acne, boils, colds, cuts, fever, infection, insect bites and stomach cramps. Peppermint Essential Oil ~ this powerhouse is known as one of the seven polyvalents (effective against many toxins). A common ingredient in cough, cold and digestive remedies, it's used to treat flatulence, flu, indigestion, headaches, mental fatigue, motion sickness, nausea and vomiting. Spearmint Essential Oil ~ properties of this oil resemble those of peppermint, but its effects are less powerful. Commonly used for fatigue, headaches, flatulence, flue, nausea, stress and vomiting. Ginger Essential Oil ~ known for its use in ailments of the digestive system. Instead of tumbling the blocks together in a large bin (creating nicks and dents on the surface), these blocks are individually sanded using a custom jig and machine called SandFlee. The same set-up is used to bevel the edges and corners to make sure nothing is too sharp for the little ones.
