Caribbean Seasoning Blend ~ Organic

AcroAma's Chef Stephen first met his wife Renee in St. Lucia, so he created this Caribbean-inspired seasoning mix in honor of their time together in the Islands. A superb jerk style seasoning with robust flavor, garlic and cayenne pepper are featured to lend just the right amount of heat, balanced with a hint of 100% organic, traditionally prepared Ayurvedic cane sugar.
Add a superior French grey sea salt with black tellicherry peppercorns, and finish with a blend of sage, thyme, nutmeg, and coriander. Most suitable for pork, fish, chicken, and tropical fruits like plantain, mango, and papaya.
