The chlorella cell wall in NDF Plus is a mucopolysaccharide (non-metal) ion exchange resin (M.I.E.R.). Intake*

  • Children ~ Start with 1 drop per day in 6 - 8 ounces of filtered water or juice; 20 minutes before food or on an empty stomach. Increase by 1 drop every 2 weeks. Optimal dose is 1 dropper (26 drops) twice a day.
  • Adults ~ Start with 1-3 drops per day in 6 - 8 ounces of filtered water or juice; 20 minutes before food or on an empty stomach. Increase by 1-3 drops every week. Optimal dose is 2 droppers (52 drops) twice a day.
  • To avoid harmful side effects of chlorine ~ Take 3-4 drops prior to and/or after swimming.
