I purchased from True Goods®. Can I return or exchange my product(s)?
We want to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase and will happily accept returns, as long as it was purchased within the last 60 calendar days, is in its original package with any tags still attached, and doesn’t show any signs of use, wear, or damage. Please note, all food products, personal care products, custom orders, and some sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Also, we do not reimburse for return shipping costs.

My product is damaged/defective. What should I do?
If you find your product is damaged or defective please contact us within 30 days of purchase and a Care Representative will assist in providing an exchange or store-credit refund.
