Use

Dispense 1 pump (0.5ml) between cheek and gums and hold in your mouth for 20 seconds. Take every 3-4 hours while on a detoxification program. Dose may be mixed into water or juice. Holding the liquid sublingually (in your mouth) allows for more direct absorption. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before meals. Use within 30 days of opening for optimal effects.
