The Bannor family started Bannor Toys from their own home in Des Moines, Iowa, and grew the business out of a commitment to safe toys for children and the environment. Their handmade toys have always been constructed out of unstained all-natural woods and an organic flaxseed finish, which is not normally a source of allergies in kids. The adhesives and paints used are also completely organic, so toys are non-toxic and safe for little ones. The toys are made 100% in the United States, with the workshop being the Bannor family’s homestead and the lumber sourced from Iowa and the Midwest.
