- Diffuse aromatically, disinfect surfaces, or to apply topically to skin, dilute with fractionated coconut oil
Techniques & Uses
- Diffuse aromatically for calming, elevating, killing airborne pathogens, and eliminating odors
- Make a surface disinfecting spritz with a 2-5% dilution of distilled water (shake often)
- Use the spritz on bed sheets an hour before bedtime to repel dust mites, fleas, and other bed bugs
- Great for kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Scenting and odor fighting spray in cars, offices and bathrooms
- Use as a clean smelling aftershave with fractionated coconut oil to soothe skin, especially after irritating shaves
- Use 4-5 drops in a large bowl or sink to wash fruits and veggies. The wash will help clean off chemicals, pesticides and pathogens, and also help preserve the produce
- Add to smoothies, drinks and dressings

Tips
- Add 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar to your rinse cycle, in place of fabric softener in the cup
- Add 2-3 extra large safety pins to old socks and keep them in the dryer ~ the metal helps break static bonds
- After about 3-5 minutes of dryer time, pull out fleece, sweat pants, and workout apparel to air dry, while continuing to dry the fabrics that do not create static.
